At the Long Table with Sababay & Tuksedo Studio
On Saturday, 18 July 2026, Tuksedo Studio joined House of Sababay for an evening inspired by the glamour and exuberance of the 1930s, bringing together fine gastronomy, Indonesian wine culture, and automotive artistry in one memorable celebration.
Set against the elegant atmosphere of the Long Table Dinner: 1930s Great Gatsby, the evening unfolded with a four-course gastronomy experience paired with Sababay wines. From Fillet Beef Crostini with Goat Cheese and Ratatouille Canapé, paired with Sababay Ascaro, to Watermelon Cashew Crudo with Pink Blossom, each course was thoughtfully designed to complement the character of the wines. The dinner continued with a choice of Barramundi Dabu Dabu or Ox Cheek Brem, before concluding with Bali Chocolate Markisa paired with Sababay Mascetti.
For Tuksedo Studio, the evening was also an opportunity to bring our passion for automotive design to the celebration. As part of the event, we exhibited our cars alongside the dinner experience, adding a distinctive automotive dimension to Sababay’s interpretation of the Gatsby era.
The result was an evening where craftsmanship met conviviality, and where wine, cuisine, fashion, and automotive design shared the same table. It was, in many ways, a celebration of the art of living, expressed through the distinctly Indonesian lens of Sababay and Tuksedo Studio.
